Wiki: information collection for the TRIAS project on e-government
A wiki is a recent development that allows a group of people to create an online network of pages with text. Easy to use and low cost, more and more people and organizations use this kind of tool to create networks of information and knowledge. The most famous example is the Wikipedia, an international encyclopedia, with the english version containing more than 500.000 pages with axplanatory texts. Ofcourse there is an outstanding definition of wiki in the Wikipedia.
