The Trias Wiki is the knowledge base for the Trias Telematica eGovernment project.The Project was started under the Leonardo programme of the European Commission to support better eGovernment strategies, implementations, change management and application of Technologies by means of training materials, open certification and input from both established academia as well as experienced practitioners.

The Trias Telematica project started as a project group consisting of:

• University of Amsterdam (NL)
• Haagse Hogeschool(NL)
• Zenc (NL)
• Nispacee (SK)
• EPMA(CZ)
• Virtech (BG)
• London Borough of Islington (UK)
• University of Bologne (IT)

The project decided to apply the networked technology of a Wiki in combination with the [eGovernment Game] and a number of teaching modules and cases. These components together form a training platform or Toolbox for trainers in Europe teaching the topic of eGovernment to change agents.The targetgroup is both consultants and managers in govenment as well as students.
