Introductory
Permits are a major product of a local government. Many ‘government online initiatives centre around services provision and permits are a large portion of that.
The process of handing out a permit usually has a number of identifiable steps. From the reception of the application, checking the completeness of the application, several checks of identity, authorization and the actual control of the applications content, composing the answer, and sending the result.
