Main aim of the wiki as a guidance
Any information placed in the wiki is only meaningfull when it relates to the main aim of the wiki. The main aim of this wiki is to support the education of eGovernment professionals. Every page contains information only when it is meaningfull in that context. That means that the wiki does not containg general explanations on any subject, unless it is of importance to eGoverment professionals. It does not contain a definition of OWL when OWL is not used in an eGoverment solution; it does not contain a desciption of organizational culture unless that is of importance for eGovernment professionals.
Building up and maintaining a wiki is an effort that needs to be coordinated over many participants. The quality of a wiki depends not only on the quality of its individual pages but to a large extent on the structure that is built up between the different pages. Above all the wiki is guided by its main aim, that is to be shared by all participants.
