Definition/short description

Diaspora: Its a term use to denote the Jewish communites living outside the holyland, its also a nation dispersed beyond its homeland the term carries religious philosophical political and eschatological conotations in which the jews perecive a special relationship between the land of israel and themselves. The population with a common ethnic identity which was either forced to leave or voluntarily left its settled territory.As an addition they became inhabitants in other (at least two different) areas than the original area.

It means the dispersal of a population. For some nations it has been a cruel and traumatic happening, others experience this as an exciting happening. A percentage of the people moves back to their original home countrie, while others built a new life abroad.Diaspora is a dispersion of the jews after the Babylonian and roman an conquest of palestine, which the minority ethnic groups of migrant origin which maintains sentimental or material that combines with its land of origin. A wider form of diaspora envolve two-way mass deportation policy of conquered population to deny future territial claims on their part. But in Ancient times diaspora were scattered and was used to refer to citizens of a dominant nation and refuges of other origins or ethnicites, the word diaspora carries a sense of displacement that the population so described find itself for what ever reason it separted from its national territory for many reason, these are pepole that has no where to goo and insearch of help some may be traveling on foot with children or dieing from hunger this state of form is not something people think there life to be but some of them still move on.They migrates to other counrties in search of hope and help to find peace and a home but some still has the desire to return to their homland at some point if it still exists. Examples of Diaspora’s are: Jews, Roma, guest workers, migrant workers refugees, immigrants and expellees. There are two categories of Diaspora: forced and voluntary.

  • Forced: slavery, discrimination, racism, nationalism (Jews), political motives and economical reasons like poverty.
  • Voluntary: mostly economic reasons, religous reasons

The relevance of Diaspora for Migration and/or Migration Policy

The relevance of Diaspora for migration and migrate policy,they are different centre of migration and Diaspora which specialize in general and regional scholarship establishing a long discipline and traditionally interest and issues of migration and diaspora. The are different type of centre that research and receive special training in issues of migration of diaspora including different speaking language. The establishment of a appropriate policies regareding to emmigration and there status.Keys important for stimulating growth reducing macro-economic balance in other nation where diaspora in taking places with legal forms of policies and incentives Diaspora could contribute more effectively,both short term and long term of human capital and other things like finincial resources, for economic growth and job creation.Investement and contributions in kind of Diaspora, tourism also playsa role of organization and institutions but vis-a-vis the diaspora and the extent to which policies should be implemented to increase the postive impacts of special,human and financial funds to diaspora emigration policies that would be consistent to developing more forms of migration policies.There distinct areas that are divided into section of states that practise racial discrimination to people that are diaspora this kind of discrimination is against laws and policies that are these laws are to protected and treat them equal because of borders being open to them which means they have all right to migrate to find a bettter life for themselves.On the other hand some policy pertaining to migrant maybe a bit difficult cand me cause people like Diaspora to commite crimes and kill themselves because of no sense of hope for help in other country and also discriminating against them religiously so some of them find their self moving migrating to an other places because they are ho help giving to them by neither Government nor Institutions

Examples

Example: African diaspora
The largest pre-modern diaspora is also known as slavery. African people who where bought, abducted and capitulated by tribalchiefs are sold all over the world. Around 1660 was a shortage of workmen in the US. Farmers from New Carolina and Virginia were the first who used slaves for tobacco harvest. Virginia was the first state which changed her laws: black people which weren’t Christians in their native country were considered as slaves. They imported a lot of slaves from Africa. It was easy to get them: tribal chiefs sold their war prisoners, delinquents, disobedient slaves etc.

Africa diaspora is a type that spreads or scatters of a specific population or race of people the different and far-flung places through out the the world.The earliest developement of human, are African as foundation of all human diaspora the Africa contient at least was the original source of a signicant black diaspora.Other forms are the type of wave the Eurpean slave trade which forced migration of the cream of the africa populations like the west and central Africa throughtout the Caribbean and thence, Secondly the objective being to provides cheap labour to white owned plantation this was known as the beginning of the African diaspora.

Discrimination of the Roma people still excists. Especially in East-Europe where the most of them are living. The new member states of the European Union in this area are criticized because of their racial mentality against the people. Diaspora Gypsies,identity politics these are all forms of people that are diaspora which migrate to different parts of the world in search of rights to live. Never the less the majority of Roman of europee is sedentary, reason for them coming to europe for residence and limitation on expulsion on other factors like migrats whowould want to have a private life and ethnic. Profiling Roman rights to services of sectors id education, employment, health care and housing also to examine the interaction between problems of exclusion on one hand and factors in fluencing migration or explusion on the other.
