Definition/short description

The Alignment Quick Scan is based on the INK-model from the Institute for Dutch Quality. The Alignment Quick Scan is also know as the INK@ICT-model. The INK-model provides a 'picture' of the organizational development of an organization. The Alignment Quick Scan provides a 'picture' of the information managament of an organzation. Combined, both 'pictures' are input for a discussion within an organization about alignment between the organization and it's information systems. This way, the Alignment Quick Scan provides insight and areas of improvement.
